Looking for inspiration in the kitchen, I came across Rick Stein BBC Two on Iplayer his intimate series on Cornwall is lovely, a real treat, not for cooking but for bringing back memories of sketching trips to this beautiful place. Hello  it's been a difficult year for everyone, especially for those that have lost loved ones. 2021 is looking brighter, with the amazingly hopeful news on the new vaccines. Let's hope a return to something like normal won't be too far away. The next big issue will be waste. A present to myself for a very significant birthday, which was actually last year, but in these uncertain times it's been a long year for everyone.
